He is adept at training a broad client base from absolute beginners with mobility issues to professional trainers that want to work on their own fitness.

She provides them with the tools that they need to facilitate their own recovery and reduce their risk of future injury. Erin emphasizes the importance of the personalised exercise program that she creates for every individual and ensures her treatment is based on current research.
