

Classes Descriptions
Yoga
Our Yoga classes are a grounding, full-spectrum practice designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect. Each class is thoughtfully guided to leave you feeling balanced, open, and deeply restored whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away.
Without being limited to one specific style, this practice draws inspiration from many traditions, creating space for strength, softness, challenge, and stillness. You’ll explore the eight limbs of yoga through mindful movement (Asana), intentional breathwork (Pranayama), meditation (Dhyana), and moments of reflection woven throughout.
Expect to leave feeling lighter in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.
Yin Yang Yoga
A class experience of two different energies, Yin and Yang. We look to influence our energy flow with breathwork (Pranayama), mindfulness and movement/postures (Asana).
In this 75-minute practise we will tap into our Yang energy to start the class as we welcome vitality and heat to our body and breath. We will achieve this through Yoga flows and energetic movements.
Our Yin energy is cool and calm which invites us to rest as we enter the second half of our class. Most Yin postures are executed on the floor and held for minutes rather than breaths. As the body temperature cools, the heart rate lowers and we can enter a state of quiescence.
Sunday Reset Yoga
Sunday Reset Yoga is your exhale at the end of the week.
A slow, grounding practice designed to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and reconnect to your body. Expect gentle movement, deep stretches, and calming breathwork that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and restored.
This is your time to slow down, soften, and reset so you can step into the week ahead feeling balanced and recharged.
Pilates Mat
This well-rounded, low-impact class combines strength and mobility using intentional Pilates-based sequencing.
Inspired by classical Pilates and modern functional movement, you’ll build core strength, enhance posture, increase body awareness, and leave feeling aligned and empowered.
This class is suitable for all including; people new to Pilates, returning from time away or recovering from injury.
Pilates Props
Discover a new dimension of strength and flexibility in Pilates Props.
This class blends the core principles of traditional mat Pilates, focusing on alignment, breath, and controlled movement with the invigorating use of props like Pilates rings and balls. By adding these tools, you’ll deepen your stretches, strengthen stabilizing muscles, and improve balance.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class will inspire you to connect mind, body, and energy in every movement. Join us and elevate your practice with Pilates Props!
Yogalates
Yogalates is a movement practise that draws inspiration from both Yoga and Pilates. A unique fusion!
During this class we will focus on posture, alignment, core and functional movement all while using breath to guide us. Movements may be standing or floor based and are multi-faceted with options to suit you. Props are sometimes used to aid in movement quality and muscular release.
This class is recommended for newcomers to fitness, returning from injury and anyone who wishes to improve their movement quality and body awareness.
TRX Flow
TRX Flow is inspired by traditional yoga postures along with modern day mobility and flexibility training while utilizing TRX Suspension Trainer. This class will leave you feeling revitalized and stretched out.
This class is a perfect compliment to any strength/conditioning training.
TRX Pilates
TRX Pilates merges traditional Mat and Reformer Pilates techniques with the TRX suspension system, which uses adjustable straps to leverage body weight for resistance training. This unique combination allows for a full-body workout that emphasizes core engagement, balance, and stability while also improving flexibility and strength.
RIDE
RIDE is pure indoor cycling, led with purpose.
This cycle-only class focuses on rhythm, resistance, breath, and intention—no gimmicks, no distractions. Simple, effective riding that honours cycling at its roots and meets you exactly where you are.
RIDE + TRX
RIDE + TRX is the best of both worlds - done right.
Ride intervals on the bike, then step off the bike for focused strength using the TRX suspension trainer.
Cardio and strength are trained separately but seamlessly, creating a smart, efficient workout that respects cycling and gives strength the space it deserves.
BARRE
BARRE is a full-body, low-impact workout that leaves you feeling strong, energized, and empowered. Using your own body weight, resistance bands, and blocks, you’ll build strength and muscular endurance while improving balance and stability. Expect controlled movements, deep muscle activation, and that satisfying burn that lets you know you’re getting stronger with every rep!
You’ll walk out standing taller, feeling confident, and connected to your body.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
CORE
CORE is where strength actually starts.
This class goes beyond basic abs work and targets the deeper systems that hold everything together. Drawing from multiple training disciplines, you’ll challenge your core, shoulders, and hips in ways that build real, usable strength.
Using a mix of resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight, you’ll train stability, control, and coordination — not just muscles, but how they work together.
Expect to move with purpose, feel the difference immediately, and walk out stronger, more stable, and more connected than when you walked in.
REPS
REPS is a full-body workout built using a mixture of lightweight dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight training.
Expect a mix of movements that integrate upper body, lower body, and core for a balanced, efficient session from start to finish.
Designed to build muscular endurance, improve overall fitness, and leave you feeling energized and strong.
Suitable for all levels, with options to scale intensity.
TRX FIT
TRX FIT is a full body conditioning workout utilizing the TRX suspension trainer.
This class will develop strength, cardio fitness, balance and core simultaneously.
The suspension trainer system leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform multiple full body exercises. You will be in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
