1 on 1 Training

1 on 1 personal training is a great way to achieve your goals with a certified personal trainer.

Working with a trainer will give you the opportunity to share your goals, build confidence and education with fitness and lifestyle. 

After your initial consultation your personal trainer will design a periodized program specifically for you. This training program is expertly designed to achieve results! 

Your trainer will hold you accountable, keep you safe and support you as you strive towards your goals.


1 on 1 Personal Training

The ultimate way to achieve your goals! You will receive personalized 1 on 1 coaching, education, movement, and lifestyle guidance. After your initial consultation, your coach will have created a periodized program taking your goals, wishes and requirements in mind.

They will come prepared to each 55-minute session with a unique workout plan created just for you.

It’s not just about the workouts. You will learn how to move safely and effectively, how to workout away from your coach, and be encouraged to follow an action plan beyond your sessions.

Personal Training sessions can be attended both In Person & Virtually.

1 on 1 Functional Movement Training

Mindful movement is key to staying mobile, stable, strong and healthy both physically and mentally. 


Let’s learn together how you are currently moving and identify areas where we can improve range of motion, mobility, strength and stability. Building knowledge and awareness around how you move and how to activate the right muscles at the right time will develop a more functional and strong body.


A wide range of techniques and modalities will be used to build and evolve a plan that is customized for you.

During 1 on 1 Pilates session your coach will draw  from traditional Pilates principles and modern day movement, to build a customized plan that utilizes you own body weight & small equipment

1 on 1 Pilates training is a great option for those wanting to enhance body awareness and movement improve core strength and reduce joint pain and stiffness.

Pilates is also an excellent choice for Pre & Post Natal clients.

Pilates Training sessions can be attended both In Person & Virtually.
