We would like to invite you to our Yoga studio in downtown Stouffville. We have created an inclusive, zen space at Nock Academy Yoga where you will be welcomed.
In our large beautiful and comfortable studio, we host multiple classes per week. This includes Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and mobility classes all lead by qualified instructors.You will see on our schedule many of our Yoga classes are simply called ‘Yoga’. The generic umbrella name also allows room for our instructors to play with different styles of Yoga within one class. This gives our participants a 'multi-yoga experience' allowing an opportunity for experimentation for both members and instructor. Unless a class is specifically named, for example Yin Yoga, that class will be taught in that one style.
